EARLY VOTING OPENS SEPTEMBER 19

All residents of ISD 110, Waconia Public Schools can vote early beginning September 19 at the School District Office (512 Industrial Blvd.), Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m..

Absentee Voting By Mail

Absentee ballots can be requested starting September 1. Ballots will be mailed to voters who request absentee ballots on September 19. They can then mail them to or drop them off at the District Office. Any registered voter can apply to vote by mail. Fill out an absentee ballot application online at mnvotes.gov/absentee and submit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You can apply any time before Election Day, but do so early to ensure timely delivery of your request.

Completing Your Absentee Ballot by Mail:

  • Once you receive the ballot, complete it with a witness (a U.S. citizen, aged 18+, or a notary), who must sign and include their address.

  • Follow all instructions carefully; missing info can lead to rejection.

Returning the Absentee Ballot you Received by Mail:

  • By mail: Must be received by Election Day (not just postmarked).

  • In person: Return to the District Office by 5 p.m. on Election Day.

  • You can also designate an agent (max. 3 voters) to return your ballot under specific circumstances by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
