All residents of ISD 110, Waconia Public Schools can vote early beginning September 19 at the School District Office (512 Industrial Blvd., Waconia, 55387) Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m..
Register to Vote
Are you already registered to vote?
Check the Minnesota Secretary of State website to confirm your voter registration. If you need to register, you can do so at the polling place when you vote early or on Election Day.
Absentee Voting By Mail
Absentee ballots can be requested starting September 1. Ballots will be mailed to voters who request absentee ballots on September 19. They can then mail them to or drop them off at the District Office. Any registered voter can apply to vote by mail. Fill out an absentee ballot application online at mnvotes.gov/absentee and submit.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You can apply for an absentee ballot at any time before Election Day, but make sure you do so early to guarantee that your ballot will be delivered to you.
Completing Your Absentee Ballot by Mail:
Once you receive the ballot, complete it with a witness (a U.S. citizen, aged 18+, or a notary), who must sign and include their address.
Follow all instructions carefully; missing info can lead to rejection.
Returning the Absentee Ballot you Received by Mail:
By mail: Must be received by Election Day (not just postmarked).
In person: Return to the District Office by 5 p.m. on Election Day.
You can also designate an agent (max. 3 voters) to return your ballot under specific circumstances by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
